A Note on Natural Ingredients & Heat Sensitivity
Every Pampian bar is handcrafted with real colostrum and natural tallow — no synthetic hardeners or stabilizers added to force a shape that isn't natural. Because we work with true, whole ingredients instead of lab-formulated substitutes, our products behave the way real fats do: they can soften or partially melt when exposed to heat, especially here in Texas during the warmer months.
That's simply the nature of a handmade, natural product — it doesn't mean anything is wrong with it. If your order arrives softened, just set it in a cool spot or refrigerate it briefly, and it will firm back up and perform exactly as it should.
We pack every order carefully to protect it on its way to you, but once it leaves our farm, we can't control the temperature it passes through in transit. Softening from heat during shipping is a normal part of receiving a genuinely natural tallow product and does not affect its safety, quality, or performance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because every Pampian products are handmade in small batches we handle every situation on an individual basis. If something arrives damaged or is rendered unusable, reach out! Contact us and let us try and make it right. We appreciate our customers and will be glad to work with you one on one. Please note, during peak season heat you acknowledge the risk of products melting during transit.
